I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Bozeman called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
Ms. Andren moved to approve the Minutes of August 21, 2007 and August 28, 2007. Ms. Marx seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
A. Deliver of documentary to Debra Wynne with Florida Historical Society
Chairperson Bozeman and Ms. Marx will follow up and report back at next meeting.
B. Delivery of 20 Historical Conversations to Town Hall
Chairperson Bozeman delivered copies to Town Hall to sell.
A. Review of Potential Interviewee List
Chairperson Bozeman distributed this list to all committee members. List was discussed and priorities put in place. List to be revised by Chairperson Bozeman and will be redistributed.
B. Interview Schedule
Ms. Andren interviewed Ms. Flo Scott. Committee to continue working on interview schedule.
C. Archive Files
Ms. Andren and Ms. Bruffey continuing to work on archiving in Chambers. Scheduled dates are October 10th & October 24th from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Please contact Ms. Andren if you are interested in helping out.
D. Ms. Andren turned over the digital voice recorder to Chairperson Bozeman.
The next meeting is October 16th at 8:00 a.m.
