I.          CALL TO ORDER

            Chairperson Bozeman called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

 

II.            APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 16, 2007

           

Ms. Bruffey moved to approve the Minutes of October 16, 2007.  Ms. Dunn seconded.   Motion passed unanimously.

 

III.            REPORT FROM CHAIRPERSON BOZEMAN

 

Chairperson Bozeman attended the Florida Historical Society meeting.  The next meeting is scheduled for December 15, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Florida Historical Library, 435 Brevard Avenue, Cocoa Village.  Chairperson Bozeman invited everyone to attend.   

 

IV.            PROJECTS

 

A.             Potential Interviewee Schedule

Committee members reported progress in gathering information on potential interviewees.  Chairperson Bozeman will continue to update the list.  

 

B.             Archive Files

Ms. Andren and Ms. Bruffey continuing to work on archiving in Chambers.  Next scheduled date is December 5^th from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  Please contact Ms. Andren if you are interested in helping out. 

 

V.            OTHER

 

The next meeting is December 18^th at 8:00 a.m.
