MINUTES OF A SPECIAL PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTESS-POLICE/FIRE MEETING HELD IN THE INDIALANTIC TOWN HALL ON JULY 2, 2007.
PRESENT: Eugene Terkoski, Chairman
Sgt. Scott Elliott, Police Dept. Member
Gerald Kowalski, Member
Barbara Brownlie, Recording Secretary
ABSENT: Sgt. Mike Casey, Member
Capt. Jimmy Haggas, Fire Dept. Member
I. CALL TO ORDER AT 4:30 P.M.
Chairman Terkoski called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
II.OTHER
A. Request for retirement benefits for Carmine Siniscal
Chairman Terkoski informed the Board that Mr. Siniscal had chosen the Retiree’s Lifetime with 100% continued to Joint Annuitant option.
Sgt. Elliott moved to approve Mr. Siniscal’s request for benefits. Mr. Kowalski seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
B. Request for refund of contributions from Heath Higman
Mr. Terkoski explained that Mr. Higman is requesting his accumulated contributions in the amount of $3,055.97.
Sgt. Elliott moved to approve Mr. Higman’s request for a refund. Mr. Kowalski seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 PM.
