MINUTES OF A PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTESS-POLICE/FIRE MEETING HELD IN THE INDIALANTIC TOWN HALL ON September 17, 2007.
PRESENT: Eugene F. Terkoski, Chairman

Sgt. Scott Elliott, Police Dept. Member
Sgt. Mike Casey, Member
Julie Anne Holmgren, Recording Secretary
ABSENT: Capt. Jimmy Haggas, Fire Dept. Member
Scott Glover, Financial Adviser
Bonni S. Jensen, Esq.
I. CALL TO ORDER AT 11:30 A.M.
Chairman Terkoski called the meeting to order at 11:30 am.
II. Investment of Funds in the amount of $92,257.35
A. Police State premiums = $56,844.17
B. Fire State premiums = $35,413.18
C. Total = $92,257.35
Sgt. Casey moved that the above funds be invested in accordance with the present investment ratios. St. Elliott seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
III. Refund of Contributions from Tyler Davenport
Mr. Kowalski moved to approve Mr. Davenport’s request for a refund. Sgt. Elliott seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
IV. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
